Dr Andrea Povah qualified with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from Newcastle University in 2011 and has gained Membership of the Royal College of Surgeons (MFDS Ed). Andrea also has a qualification in postgraduate dental education from the University of Edinburgh (PG Cert Clin Ed). She is currently studying for a postgraduate certificate in conscious sedation at Newcastle University.
Andrea has a special interest in oral surgery and has previously worked in the oral & maxillofacial surgery department at the Cumberland Infirmary. Andrea accepts referrals for complex or surgical extractions. Outside of work, Andrea enjoys spending time outdoors in the Lake District. She loves open-water swimming and mountain biking.
